Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pascal AI, Inc. (“Pascal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when businesses and their authorized users access our website and services (the “Service”). This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. If you use the Service through an organization (a “Customer”), that Customer may control certain settings for its workspace.
1. Personal Information Collection
We collect information from our systems and connected integrations, including:
- Account and profile information, such as name, work email, and organization details.
- Communications, such as messages you send to us (including support requests).
- Sales/onboarding information, such as custom implementation or account setup.
- Usage and device data, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages/actions taken, and timestamps.
- Log and diagnostic data, such as error logs and performance metrics.
Customer administrators may connect third-party systems to the Service. When enabled, we access and process information made available through those connections as configured by the Customer and consistent with the permissions granted.
This information may include personal data contained in those systems (for example, names, work emails, and communications content), as authorized by the Customer.
2. Information Usage
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the Service (including authentication, account administration, and enabling integrations).
- Process Customer-directed data from connected systems to deliver Service features.
- Improve and maintain the Service (analytics, debugging, testing, and product enhancement).
- Secure the Service (prevent fraud/abuse, detect unauthorized access, and enforce our policies).
- Communicate with you (service updates, support, and administrative messages).
- Send marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out as described below).
- Comply with law and protect rights, safety, and security.
AI and automated processing. The Service may include features that use automated processing (including AI-assisted features) to help streamline workflows (for example, generating summaries or suggested actions). We may use third-party vendors to support these features and limit disclosures to what is necessary to provide the functionality.
We may share information in the following ways:
- We use vendors to help operate the Service (for example: hosting, authentication/SSO, customer support tooling, and analytics). They may process information only to provide services to us.
- Customer administrators control which systems are connected and how the Service is configured. Information may be shared or displayed within the Customer’s workspace and exported based on Customer settings.
- We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Pascal, our customers, users, or others.
- If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- We (and our service providers) may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and Service and understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, some features may not function properly.
We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other locations where we or our vendors operate.
3. Data Retention and Security
Retention. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. When a Customer terminates the Service, we will delete or de-identify Customer data within a commercially reasonable period consistent with the Customer’s agreement and applicable requirements, unless we are required to retain it longer.
Security. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Your Rights and Privacy Requests
Depending on your relationship with Pascal and applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information.
- You can exercise your rights of access and request deletion/corrections in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We make good faith efforts to honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your data.
- If you use the Service through a Customer (authorized user): Please contact your Customer administrator to request a copy/export of data associated with your Customer workspace or to request deletion/correction within that workspace.
- You may also contact support@teampascal.com. We may need to request information from you to confirm your identity and right to access your personal information.
5. Marketing Communications
You can opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link (if present) or by submitting a request via email at support@teampascal.com. Even if you opt out, we may still send non-promotional messages about your account or the Service (for example, security or administrative notices).
